Will Aldrete is an experienced litigation and appellate attorney who has represented clients in state and federal courts in Texas and New Mexico. He graduated from Bowdoin College with a degree in English. After graduation, Will spent over a year working for a Social Security Disability advocacy group in Waltham, Massachusetts. This experience helped him decide to attend law school. Will graduated cum laude from SMU Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas where he was an editor with the International Law Review Association and worked on the Consumer Advocacy Project, teaching at-risk communities the basics of credit and credit scores.
Will has represented clients in litigations in areas including construction, commercial matters, employment, personal injury, and wrongful death. Previous internships and employment opportunities have included the Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, plaintiff’s firms, and regional and national civil defense firms. Will has also written appeals in New Mexico, Texas, and the Fifth Circuit. Bringing these experiences with him, Will is pleased to represent individuals in employment and personal injury matters, as well as offering services to small businesses. He is also available to help firms and individuals with civil appeals matters.
In his free time, Will enjoys exploring new places and has enjoyed seeing all that the Land of Enchantment has to offer. He is especially fond of Santa Fe’s arts scene. Proficient in Spanish, Will is learning Italian. Will has also volunteered as an ESL teacher.
