Jane R. Elliott is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook (2009) and the New Mexico School of Law (2018). While in law school, Jane had the opportunity to work as a law clerk with well-known firms in the Albuquerque area and studied abroad at the Madrid Summer Law Institute. 

Jane began her career in New Mexico as an insurance defense attorney, representing businesses and governmental entities in a wide array of litigation matters. She was also retained by insurance companies to defend, evaluate and resolve car accident and premises liability claims. This gave her priceless experience that prepared her to represent injured people with a great understanding of how the “other side” works.

At Buchanan Law Firm, Jane handles car accident, premises liability, and other litigation matters. She looks forward to making a difference helping people.
