Kathryn (or, Kate) Lueker-Eaton is an experienced Workers’ Compensation attorney who represents injured Workers at the Workers’ Compensation Administration for the State of New Mexico. Kate also practices Personal Injury, Social Security, and Employment Law. During law school, Kate competed in Moot Court through the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition and clerked for personal injury law firms. She graduated from UNM School of Law in 2010 and since 2013 has worked in small and solo law firms, practicing primarily Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury. Kate spent a gap year living in Caracas, Venezuela, where she learned to speak Spanish. Prior to Law School, Kate earned her Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing at the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa. Kate earned her Bachelors’ at Oberlin College. During her free time, Kate enjoys spending time with her children and her animals, gardening, and mountain biking.
